Customer Research, Inc. has specialized in automotive CSI (Customer Satisfaction Index) benchmarking and customer loyalty solutions since 1967. CSI measurement is a tool to help increase customer loyalty by learning your strengths and weaknesses. CSI follow-up results will provide the information you need to implement the proper processes and fine-tune employee performance. You can use the information to set standards and establish a measuring stick to maintain them. Without a follow-up program in place, you will be unaware of most customer complaints. If you don’t know about them, you may have no chance to resolve them, and you may find it is impossible to retain customers who had a poor experience with your business.

On most recycler programs, CRI calls collision and service center parts purchasers and asks for the two recyclers the shop uses the most to purchase recycled parts, which reveals your customer’s opinion on who your competitors are as well as what they like and dislike about you in comparison to your competitors.

Statistical summary reports then allow you to benchmark yourself against your competitors, other recyclers in your network, and even against recyclers outside your network. In addition to CSI information, you will have the ability to take advantage of powerful marketing materials.
