  • Lost Customer Recapture Opportunity- CRI will utilize the most effective call center agents in the industry to drive inactive customers back into your service department. Take advantage of a 22% response rate on lost customers. CRI will call up to 130 lost customers per month. You are able to select the range of "lost customers' for CRI to call.


  • Scheduled Service Appointment Reminder - What percentage of your scheduled service customers fail to show for their appointment and how much are these no-shows costing you? Salvage this revenue and maximize your labor hours by reminding every customer of their scheduled appointment. CRI will call up to 750 scheduled service customers per month.


  • "Quick Call" CSI Follow Up - The new "Quick Call" is not a "survey", it's a brief 2-question courtesy call that measures overall satisfaction and whether or not the customer will recommend your facility.
